Hello Sweet Friends! I have a COOL tri-fold card today using a super cut die set from Spellbinders. I got it at Hobby Lobby 75% off during their big clearance last month!
So at first I wasn't crazy about this set and I wasn't going to buy it, but then I remembered a card I saw from Yana Smakula, and I knew I'd be able to make it work with these dies (she used a Christmas set)...
Yana has a great video showing how to make the card... the hardest part was to pick out the different card stocks (and to make sure the layers are cut in the correct order!).
My card is 5-1/2" x 3-1/2" as I wanted to use only half a sheet for the base (Yana paper pieced the last flap making it an A2 card).
I am linking this up at Simon Says Stamps Wednesday Challenge: Create a Scene.
Thanks for stopping by,
Monika
