Hello! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend, especially you moms! It was time to get back to the weekday routine and craft... something simple, but sweet:
CRAFTY TIPS:
- The background was sponged with Daffodil Delight ink.
- I was going to use a vellum feather, but decided to use the negative vellum piece instead, as an overlay.
- I used Stamp-a-ma-jig to line up the stamped images with the die-cut window.
- The dots image from the same stamp set was stamped with silver ink.
- I used mini staples to hold 'adhere' the vellum down.
- The color inspiration came from FUSION Card Challenge: French Twist.
- The idea to use a feather and a bird came from Addicted to CAS #63: Code words: BIRDS.
Thanks for stopping by,
Monika
