Hello! I have a card for the current Runway Inspired Challenge, ric#75.
I loved that hot pink dress... here is my take:
I love how it turned out... I dug out some old embossing powder I had and gave it a try... looks beautiful, don't you think?
Thanks for stopping by,
Monika
CRAFTING TIPS:
1. Use Embossing Body from SU! or Powder Tool from EK Success to prevent access powder sticking to the card stock.
2. Sometimes you have to heat the embossing powder from underneath the card stock, istead from above.
3. Add vellum to give your card a soft and airy touch. I vellum from Stampin' Up! and The Paper Company from Michael's. SU! vellum is much thicker and sturdier...
4. Rhinestones are my all time favorite blings... I buy Recollections Iridescent Rhinestones from Michael's (always with a coupon). Love the different sizes.
Congrats, Monika!!

I wouldn't have been brave enough to put the blue directly on the pink but it works fantastically. Hugs xxx

OH, Monika, what a fantastic bright pink looking even more striking with the glittery blue embossed swirls!!!! (that IS yummy EP, hey!!!) The little vellum flowers, the bling and the thread you always use so creatively, make this such an elegant and stylish card!!!!
