Hello! It's time for The Color Throwdown challenge. Check out the new colors, brought to you by Wanda:
... and here is my take on the color challenge:
I wasn't really sure what kind of card to make... last night I was low on mojo... finally, I decided to brake out one of my new dies, Hero Arts Palm Fancy die. Oh, I love it! I had the butterfly stamped and heat embossed already, so I just had to die-cut it... easy-peasy... hope you like it!
Thanks for stopping by,
Monika

What a gorgeous vellum butterfly, Monika! I just love it with the giant branch and the ink splattered background!

Do you know that I don't own a sheet of gray cardstock? Seriously! This is just gorgeous, Monika! Love the palm, and I wish you'd do a photo tutorial on how you make those wee threads look so good! Hugs...

Monika, this is GORGEOUS! I loved the palm die when I saw Chupa use it on a card and now I love it even more! That fine thread is a beautiful detail, too! I think my fave version of stamped butterflies is the white embossing on vellum...so soft and pretty!
