Hello! Just popping in with a card I made late last night... I don't usually craft at night, but I had a really busy day yesterday running errands and finishing up my Craft Project Central project, which always takes me days... so I wasn't able to finish it before leaving for work in the afternoon.
Anywho... I just had to play around with gold embossing powder after I saw Chupa's card. Of course mine didn't turn out anything like hers! I need different embossing powder since mine is old like dirt (I guess I know where I am stopping tomorrow on my way home from school) and I might need a new VersaMark pad (another trip to you know where). I had a hard time inking the image up... so the heat embossing is kind of blotchy!
So I will have to give this a try again with a different pad and powder, and see if I can ge a better result... but for now... it's good enough, don't you think?
***Janet, will this do on Sunday?***
It's similar to THIS card:
Challenge: Seize the Sketch #12, CASE Study Challenges #175 and yesterday's Ways to Use It, WT463 at SplitCoast Stampers...
Thanks for stopping by,
Monika

This is beautiful, Monika! Love the contrast of the colorful flourishes against the gold embossing. I ran into the same thing recently with my gold embossing powder and had to replace it. Thanks for joining us at Seize the Sketch!
