Hello! Hope you all had a great weekend. We stayed in most of the time due to illness... we've been sick for a while, but it's keep coming back and my little one was sick again on Saturday, and hubby is just getting worse...
I did manage to do some crafting and make a card. I don't usually make Valentine's Day cards, but I just love the sweet Heart Die set from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps... so I've been making anniversary cards, or in this case, a wedding/engagement card. I think as long as it's love themed, it should be fine... what do you think?
The sketch came from Retro Sketches #49... I got inspired by the current card at CASE Study Challenges #126. I decided to use some extra embellishments for the 75 Creative Card Challenges Week: Challenge #7-Use 10 Different Embellishments at Moxie Fab World. I am not sure if I passed the test, some of the embellishments are the same, but I had so much FUN filling the little heart with rhinestones and using cheese clothes, vellum, paper flower, Baker's Twine, mini staples, paper arrow...
Recipe: Quatrefoil Die (Papertrey Ink), Heart Die set (Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps), Arrows die (Lifestyle Crafts)... Bottom of My Heart clear stamp set (Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps)... Vintage Pink Glimmer Mist (Tattered Angels)... Cheese clothes, Silver rhinestones (Michael's), Baker's Twine (The Twinery), Paper flower (Prima), Mini Staples (Ranger)... Pink Pirouette (SU!), White (Georgia Pacific), Black and Red (The Paper Company) card stock... Tuxedo Black ink (Adirondack)...
Thanks for stopping by,
Monika
