It's been a busy day, but I did manage to make a card for the contest at Papertrey Ink. This time, it was to use a Pinterest picture as our inspiration. So I went on Pinterest and searched for stripes. (I don't have a wall yet, I am waiting on an invite.) I also wanted to make a card for A Passion for PTI-strips challenge. This is the picture that caught my eyes:
...and this is what I came up with:
Recipe: Life, Big and Bold Wishes, and Background Basics: Retro stamp sets... Victorian Lace Border die... Real Red, Basic Black card stock, and Vellum(SU!)... Versamark and Marina Mist classic ink pads (SU!)... clear embossing powder, buttons, ribbon, yarn...
Thanks for visiting!
Monika
What a gorgeous approach to these challenges!! A very eye-catching design!
