Hello Peeps! I have a somewhat shabby/vintage style card today. I think that is my new style... a little bit of everything. What do you think? I wanted to combine some challenges, and this is what I came up with:
Recipe: Medallion and Upsy daisy, and French Script BG (SU!)... Baja Breeze, So Saffron and Cherry Cobbler Classic ink pads (SU!)... Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder (SU!)... Spritz Tool (SU!)... sponge dauber... Seam binding ribbon, white thread, Prima flower, buttons... White paint... packaging box...
Challenges: Pals Paper Arts PPA100-What's YourTechnique? (distressing with sponging the edges and ruffing the edges up)... CASE Study Challenge #46... The Shabby Tea Room Week #68-My Favorite Things (fav paper-any ssolid colored card stock dry embossed; fav embellies-seam binding ribbon, buttons, flowers)... The Play Date Cafe PDCC88... Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge 11-My Favortie Things (ribbon, buttons, flowers)...
Thanks for visiting!
Monika

Monika, you always delight me with your style. :) The distressing of the edges, the little hint of reddish orange in the sentiment, the deeply textured So Saffron layer....all so beautiful, and so 'Monika'! THanks for playing with us at THe Cafe this week.
