Boy, oh boy... I am so late with my post. I couldn't do anything useful last night when I set down to craft... and I didn't have any time until now to finish a card and up-load it...
Our new challenge at Dutch Dare-Card Challenges is to use FELT. I wanted to make a Christmas card this time (mostly because of the current Bella challenge). Since I couldn't find any felt embellishments in my craft room, I had to come up with something... and the only thing I could think of was using a snowflake die to make a flower that almost looks like a poinsettia. What do you think?
I had this image for more than a year and this is the first time I used it... pretty sad, isn't it?!
... and my felt snowflake poinsettia:
Recipe: Merrybella (Stamping Bella) and Cute and Curly (SU!)... Copic Markers... Spellbinders oval, label, and border dies... rhinestones, pearl brad... Oak Leaf punch...
Thanks for visiting!
Monika
Monika, this is really pretty. I love the trim on the bottom of the green paper and the poinsettia. Great Idea!! : )
