Yesterday we got 2 additions to our home so we've been busy getting to know each other. I haven't had a chance to take pictures, but I will... Guess what? I made the next round in the 1st annual 2 sketches 4 you Ultimate Card Showdown, so now I am in the top 20. I was so ecstatic, but now I am nervous... It's time for round 3. I had to think about this one... and I am not sure if I got it just right... but it's done... another bold card... I guess I just want to make a bold statement! :o) Stamps: French Script and Embrace Life (SU!)... A Year of Sweet Sentiments (Taylored Expressions)... Paper: Pink Pirouette, Kiwi Kiss, and Basic Black (SU!)... Ink: Pink Pirouette and Basic Black (SU!)... Embellishments: rhinestones (misc), buttons (misc), organdy ribbon (misc), crocheted flower (hand-made), punches leaves... Tools: Fleur De Lis border punch (EK Success), circle die (Spellbinders Nestabilities), Word Window punch (SU!), leaf punch (Martha Stewart), sewing machine (Janome)... What do you think? Make sure you check out the rest of the top 20. These girls are fantastic and every singe card is just fabulous! I would understand if my card wasn't picked this time... Thanks for looking! Monika
Many Congratulations on making it into the top 10 and thank you for the wonderful creations you have made so far.
Good luck for the final sketch!
