Today is a new challenge at Dutch Dare-Card Challenges. This time we have a sketch for your. How fun is that? The prize is a Scrappy Cat birthday stamp set, dewdrops, and some Prima flowers. Make sure you check it out!
I had this idea in my head for a while... using Sailor Edwin and the shells... I was going to put a picture with DS in the background, but didn't find one that worked... so I just left if as a nice beach scene...
Stamps: Sailor Edwin and Scallop Shells (Magnolia Summer & Sea Collection 2008), Mailbox Greetings (Papertrey Ink)...
Paper: blue and tan (misc)... actual photo...
Ink: Pitch Black Adirondack (Ranger Ink) and Chocolate Chip (SU!)... Copic Markers... white acrylic paint...
Access: ribbon...
Tools: scallop frame die (Sizzix), Tiny Tags (Cuttlebug-Provo Craft), sewing machine, trimming scissors, sponge dauber...
Helpful Hints: Edwin and greeting are on dimensionals... shells have Crystal Effects (SU!) on top for shinny finish... used acrylic paint for some highlights... edges were sponged with Chocolate Chip ink...
My blog provider is having some problems so I am going to up-load now while it's still working.
Thanks for looking!
