"The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to and end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. "The LORD is my portion," says my soul, "therefore will I hope in Him." The LORD is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him." Lamentations 3:22-25 ESV
Happy Saturday! I am finding my passion for crafting coming back so I've been trying to spend time in my craft room every day, or every other day... doesn't always happen, but the enthusiasm is there!
Anyhow, since I am not on any design teams currently, I've been enjoying using whatever I want and whatever I find on my cluttered desk. It's so refreshing not to worry about whether something is current or not... or not to worry what company made it... I loved being on design teams (and may I add, I might like to get back to it), but with that commitment, the 'pressure' to promote the next new thing was always there... now it doesn't matter what the newest thing is... I've been also enjoying copying a previous design and not worry about that it's been done before...
So the other day I was looking through my blog posts from 2015-16 and found this card (among many others I really, really, REALLY like):
I love the heat embossed background and the image I used... so I decided to find the stamp. It didn't take me long as it's one I keep in my current and don't-want-to-part-with cabinet. :) By the way, it's a retired SU! background stamp, Bella Toile.
I am linking this up at Simon Says Stamps Wednesday Challenge: Make Your Own Background,
and at Color Throwdown #481.
Thanks for stopping by,
