Good Morning! The new sketch is here from The Sweet Stop, SSS152:

The new release is almost here from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps, but I wanted to use the sets from this month before I have to put them aside. So this time, I used To Paris with Love, Ticket Sentiments, and Vintage Postcards clear stamp sets.

SNS-Flowers in Bloom...

Spring is in the air (even though it's been really cold here in NH and today is gloomy with rain on it's way) so my mind is on flowers and butterflies. You know how I love those images! 

Here is a pretty card with pretty flowers. The new release from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps is almost here so I decided to reach for something 'old'... gotta give those some love too, even though I have a pile of new stamps that haven't been inked up yet...

Papertrey March Blog Hop Challenges...

I've been down with a nasty cold for couple of days now, but yesterday after a restless nap, I decided to make a card for the PTI blog hop. I received some new goodies this week so I decide to use one of them, Oh, how fun it is! I love dies! I am in the middle of organizing them. Maybe I will even do a post on it... hmmm... we shall see.

Back to my card... wanted to make something simple, but with my touch of messiness. For some reason, I have a really hard time leaving things clean and simple. Hence the ink splatters and cheeseclothes. What do you think?

I actually made this card couple of weeks ago. Goofed it up and used today's sketch, so I had to set the card aside.

I was going to make another one, but ran out of time... I was trying to figure out why typepad didn't let me up-load pictures! Many months ago we must have changed a setting on my lap-top so I wasn't able to up-load pictures into my posts... so I started to use our regular computer (which is an old bear) to do that... then yesterday, the computer didn't let me up-load pictures! So I had to spend some time on reading computer language (which I hate!). BUT, I figured it out. And guess what! It took me one second, pushing one button, to fix it! I don't know if I should be crying or smiling!

SNS confetti shaker card...

Yes, I know... I told you that I didn't feel like crafting because of the heat... but I had to make a DT card. No excuses!

I decided to look at some challenges.  I again combined a number of them: SNSS Hump Day Challenge 32 at SCS-Red and Aqua... SplitCoast Stampers Ways to Use It WT367-Rub-Ons... Mojo Monday 233... The Shabby Tea Room #106-Pennant Party... Catered Crop-Stitching...

Recipe: To Paris with Love and Vintage Postcardclear stamp sets (Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps)... Pennants & More die set(Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps)... Rose Red, Cool Caribbean, Wild Wasabi, Blushing Bride ink pads and card stocks (SU!)... Rub-on (SU!), Hole punches (Fiskars), Baker's Twine by the Twinery(my Etsy Store), Pearls, Sewing Machine, Vintage Button(my Etsy Store)... cellophane bag (misc)... Sponge Dauber (SU!)...

Instead of cutting off the thread pieces from stitching, I left them handing as an extra design element:

Darling little confetti-es hand punches... and pretty rub-ons butterflies... some of the confetti pieces and postage stamps are attached to the background, some are just floating around:

 The idea for the confetti shaker came from Piradee's fabulous creations. I am not sure mine turned out that great as hers... but I had fun making it.
