Welcome to Taylored Expressions August Key Ingredients Blog Hop. I am so tickled to be a part of it and be able to try out the fabulous kits. I have been really enjoying using the designer papers and matching accessories. Makes it so easy when you have everything on hand... and the plastic case is just perfect. I can keep my supplies in one place.
So here is my project (the better part of it):
I've been "studying" mini albums from awesome designers and figured I had to give it a try... You might see some elements that look familier from somewhere else. ;o)
It's a 6" x 4-1/2" album with 2 circle rings. Easy to take out or add pages...
I kept it fairly simple, and used mostly items from the August KI Kit. I sponged the edges to give some dept to some of the elements. For the covers, I just covered 2 chipboard pieces with designer papers (only one side) and sponged the edges. I also used some images from Garden Party Blooms, Garden Party Critters, and It's In the Bag stamp sets.
I've made a number of projects and I still only used up like 1/4 of the kit... imagine the possibilities!
