We are back with a new challenge at Dutch Dare-Card Challenges.
Today we are taking part of Operation Write Home Birthday Bash. So the challenge is to make a birthday card, but you can also participate and make a Christmas or other general themed cards. Please make sure you check out the guidelines for making a card for ORH.
I just had to be my usual silly self and make a Christmas card instead of a birthday one. I also made a square card, which might not be acceptable since it's smaller that the normal size they are looking for... so PLEASE follow their guidelines.
The prize is a $10 gift certificate to Simon Says Stamps.
I wanted to make a shabby card, so I did a lot of sponging with Crumb Cake ink... What do you think?
Recipe: All supplies are from SU! unless otherwise noted... Tree Timmings and A Cardinal Christmas, French Script stamps... Kraft and White (Georgia Pacific) card stock... Real Red, So Saffron, Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate Chip, and Crumb Cake classic ink pads... paper-piercing tools... Square die (Spellbinders Nestabilities)... sponge dauber... gold rhinestones (misc)... bakers twine...
Other challenges: Moxie Fab World (Jolly Holiday Greetings Challenge) and Pile It On! (Challenge #37-Red, Yellow, Green and Brown)
Thanks for visiting!
